About the Technology Consulting

We have a strong consulting team working on a complex transformation projects in Czech Republic and the CEE region as well as on projects in the Western Europe in cooperation with our colleagues there.  

To further expand our team and our capabilities we agreed with our German colleagues to build a German speaking consulting team in Prague. The team will become embedded part of the broad German Financial Services consulting team.  

About your manager

Vojtěch Till specializes in the strategic dimension of technological and business consulting. He most often cooperates with large domestic clients in the field of finance. In addition to client work, he is a key figure in developing new digital consulting services at PwC. 

As a Manager in Technology Consulting FS team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative IT Advisory projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: 

• Leading projects through all stages of the project life cycle, from Requirement Analysis to Change Management. 

• Actively communicating and collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. 

• Coordinating project teams and mentoring junior colleagues in your area of expertise. 

• Engaging in new business development activities, including up-selling on current projects and creating offerings for new opportunities. 

• Utilizing your strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies to ensure project success. 

• Applying your expertise in business processes within the Finance & Banking. 

Requirements of the role

• 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, preferably within a multinational or local firm. 

• Proven track record in delivering technology-driven projects. 

• Proven experience with business processes in the Finance & Banking 

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. 

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. 

• Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving. 

• Fluent in English and either Czech or Slovak.
