Manager (m/f/d) Strategy & Value Creation

 

In this role, you will directly engage with the SIXT Senior Leadership. You will be part of a strong team of former strategy consultants with significant mobility expertise who lead efficiency and optimization projects across the entire SIXT value chain. You will not only be involved in defining and executing the SIXT Strategy but also create value by working closely with the SIXT Matrix and Country Organization across all seniority levels. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You work with Senior Leadership to define priorities, allocate resources effectively and utilize best practices and innovative solutions across the organization
• You translate the annual Corporate Strategy into actionable plans for our Country Organizations, identifying key value creation areas and driving corresponding initiatives
• You analyze the competitive landscape, draw conclusions for SIXT and shape the future of our business by increasing our competitive advantage
• You structure problems, solve critical challenges with internal experts and implement practical yet sustainable solutions 
• You are responsible for sub-projects / modules and drive them E2E with full ownership
• You mentor and support team members and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have spent several years at a top-tier Strategy Consultancy
• Education You hold a Master or MBA degree in business or economics from a renowned University and graduated among the top of your class
• Skills You master the full strategy consulting tool kit and hence bring excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, storytelling and stakeholder management skills to the table
• Language You are fluent in English and German, with strong proficiency in a third relevant language being a plus
• Spirit You are highly motivated, thrive in a dynamic team setting and value respectful and productive collaboration
