THE ROLE
The Manager, Low Rise Planning is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing the full lifecycle asset planning activities across the public housing portfolio and is responsible for maximising outcomes from the existing housing and property assets to support and enhance the wellbeing of our tenants and the community.
The role implements the key priorities under the asset management strategy for the low rise asset class to optimize the long-term performance of the asset through a program of works for the renewal, upgrade and maintenance of the housing and property portfolio. The role involves knowledge and analysis of relevant asset information and coordination of asset planning processes to drive investment decisions across all Director of Housing owned assets in consultation across Homes Victoria and COPL Divisions and Areas.
This rewarding and challenging role will work collaboratively within the Low Rise Planning team in the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Keep accurate and complete records of your work activities in accordance with legislative requirements and the department's records, information security and privacy policies and requirements.
