We have immediate openings for the position of " Manager-Learning & Development” for our reputed MNC client located in Karnataka.

Job Specification
Position- Manager - Learning & Development
Education - MBA (HR) / BE or Post Graduate
Experience- 10 to 15 years
Job Requirements
• Develop and deploy the Learning and Development strategy for the company, In line with the long term business strategy of the company.
• Identify the training needs, develop training modules, design the training calendar and deliver.
• Promote self-learning among the employees through e-learning
• Measure the business impact of the L & D.
• Deploy the talent management process. Identify the talent pool. Prepare & implement the IDPs. Deploy the talent pool in critical areas.
• Develop and deploy succession planning process for hot positions. Integrate L& D, talent management and job rotations for effective succession planning.
• Project the L & D budgets. Monitor the expenditure to be within the targets
