Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of revolutionizing entertainment and lifestyle in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Manager - Infrastructure Projects to become part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of various infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle of infrastructure projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless execution of project plans.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring efficient use of resources throughout the project.
• Monitor progress on project deliverables, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government entities, contractors, and community partners, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Support compliance with safety and environmental regulations during all stages of project development.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project status, challenges, and outcomes for senior management.
• Ensure continuous improvement in project processes and practices to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively address project challenges.
• Experience working within the Middle Eastern infrastructure sector is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
