We’re looking for a Manager in Training to join and support our Melbourne stores. This is your chance to help lead a passionate team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and make a real impact.

The role will be based in Malvern for up to 6 months. Must be flexible and open to changing store locations regularly.

As a Bailey Nelson Manager in Training (MIT), you won’t just support the store, you’ll help run it. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, joy-filled customer experiences, from clinic to frame styling to final dispense. This is more than a job, it’s your pathway to running your own store.

You’ll:

Support with store operations (including running the store 2 days a week)

Support the Store Manager & Optometrist to drive performance

Own the customer journey and make every interaction exceptional

What we’re looking for

Experience in optics or retail (or equivalent) at a supervisor or management level

Available to work full time 38 hours, Sunday–Thursday
