We are on the lookout for a Manager, In-house Consulting to join the International Markets team in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. 

Be part of the team that shapes Delivery Hero’s strategy across 70+ markets worldwide. In the International Markets Team, you’ll contribute to high-impact projects that drive value, support profitability, and unlock growth opportunities on a global scale. Working closely with regional and central leadership, your work will directly influence how we prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and execute strategies that keep us ahead.

In this role, you will, 

• Work alongside our C-level and extended global management team at our corporate HQ in Berlin to define strategy and ensure high-quality execution globally

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all seniority levels —across the corporate HQ, regional teams, and local markets— on initiatives to improve operational and financial performance

• Take ownership of the annual budgeting process, partnering with entity and functional teams to define profitability and financial targets across portfolio markets.

• Identify, implement, and promote the adoption of best practices from Delivery Hero’s operations in 70+ countries.

• Translate data into meaningful insights, and package and present recommendations on critical topics to key decision-makers.

• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on business performance, key projects, strategic initiatives, and progress toward strategic goals

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting and/or fast-paced tech/e-commerce companies (excluding traineeships and internships).

• Deep critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities; capable of breaking down complex and ambiguous business problems into actionable components

• Strong analytical skills & high degree of comfort modeling out complex business and financial scenarios and leveraging both data and situational judgment to make recommendations and decisions.

• Proven project management skills, with the ability to support in driving and executing complex projects across multiple stakeholders globally

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of working with and influencing C-level executives (English is our primary business language); ability to build collaborative and trusting relationships with stakeholders at all seniority levels, from culturally and functionally diverse backgrounds.

• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other languages used to query and process datais  considered a plus
