Rejoignez notre client, du secteur bancaire, en tant que Manager de l’équipe Identity & Access Management (IAM) et prenez la tête d’une équipe d’environ 20 experts dédiés à la sécurité des identités et des accès.

🎯 Vos responsabilités

En tant que Manager IAM, vous aurez pour mission de :

• Piloter, encadrer et accompagner une équipe d’experts internes et externes.

• Garantir la qualité, la continuité et l’efficacité des opérations IAM.

• Prioriser les projets, organiser la charge de travail et optimiser les ressources.

• Coordonner et suivre les tâches, livrables et projets liés aux identités et aux accès.

• Soutenir les équipes IT dans la mise en place des mécanismes d’accès pour les nouvelles applications.

• Gérer les risques, définir et suivre les plans de remédiation.
