We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager – HRBP & Talent Acquisition to join our Bengaluru team. This role is designed for an HR professional who can effectively partner with business leaders while driving end-to-end talent acquisition and employee lifecycle initiatives. As an HR Business Partner, you will align HR strategies with business goals, support workforce planning, and foster a high-performance culture. Simultaneously, you will oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring the organization builds strong and future-ready teams.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives
• Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent strategy discussions
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, offer management, and onboarding
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks, goal-setting processes, and appraisal cycles
• Support managers in performance improvement plans and talent development initiatives
• Lead employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture, morale, and retention
• Conduct employee feedback sessions, surveys, and action planning to improve engagement scores
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
• Partner with leadership on succession planning and capability development
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal governance standards
• Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on hiring, attrition, performance, and engagement trends
• Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives where required
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HRBP, Talent Acquisition, or a blended HR generalist role
• Strong understanding of HR Business Partnering principles and stakeholder management
• Proven experience managing performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work closely with leadership teams
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting HR analytics and metrics
• Sound knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and employee lifecycle processes
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• High ownership, accountability, and a collaborative working style
