We are looking for a Manager-Financial Reporting and Consolidation to manage preparation of financials, managing statutory audits, tax audits and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS)
• Knowledge of preparation of financial statements (BS, PL, Cash Flow statement, notes to accounts etc.)
• Liaison with Statutory Auditors for Quarterly Limited Review and Year end Audit
• Knowledge of Income tax Act for handling tax audits of the entities
• Stakeholder Management
• Knowledge of Companies Act and Industry Standards
• Having worked in a listed company who is aware of Listing regulations and related deliverables (preferable)
Preferred Education and Experience :
• CA (5+years) with knowledge of accounting standards
• Knowledge of Companies Act
• Knowledge of other related compliances, SAP System.
• Ability to meet deliverables in a time-bound manner
• Managing the queries of the auditors.
• Problem solver and ability to manage expectations of various stakeholders
• Knowledge on updates received from ICAI, MCA, ROC etc. and other authorities
• Excellent in MS Excel
