Manager - Finance Technology (CORS3816)

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the cutting edge of creating a spectacular entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a visionary Manager - Finance Technology who will lead the integration of technology into our finance operations, enhancing efficiency and strategic insight.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, and optimization of financial systems and technology initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that technology solutions are effectively adopted and aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the deployment, integration, and optimization of finance technology systems (e.g., SAP) across multiple business units ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Lead finance technology projects from conception through to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in finance.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure effective utilization of technology and tools among finance staff.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of finance systems; troubleshoot issues as required to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards related to finance technology.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in finance technology, exploring potential applications within Qiddiya.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance technology, including hands-on experience with financial system implementations.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, with relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CPA, CMA).
• Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with strong communication skills.
