Role Overview

Lead a team of engineers delivering scalable Java backend systems and React-based frontend applications integrated with cloud and modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own sprint execution, roadmap delivery, and team performance.
• Drive backend API design using Java and Spring Boot.
• Ensure frontend architecture quality and React performance standards.
• Oversee cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Guide Snowflake and Databricks integrations.
• Mentor engineers and conduct performance reviews.

Technical Expectations

• Strong backend system design using Java.
• Advanced React development and state management knowledge.
• Hands-on cloud deployment experience.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake schemas and Databricks workflows.

Preferred

• AI feature integration exposure.
• BI/reporting system experience.
