• Serve as the primary internal point of coordination to transition deals from execution into implementation and operations.

• Ensure contractual terms are accurately reflected in internal systems, models, and operational workflows.

• Develop and maintain transaction reporting, portfolio dashboards, and management summaries to provide visibility into energy procurement status, costs, and risk positions.

• Assist with origination and negotiation of new transactions, leveraging operational and settlement expertise to inform deal structuring, identify downstream implementation risks, and ensure commercial terms are operationally executable.

Contract & Lifecycle Oversight

• Manage ongoing administration of energy contracts, including ISDAs, EEIs, ESAs, CSAs, PPAs, tolling agreements, and utility service agreements.

• Track key commercial terms such as pricing, volumes, capacity commitments, escalation, milestones, and termination provisions.

• Calculate, verify, and reconcile physical and financial trade settlements, ensuring accuracy of volumes, pricing, and contractual terms.

• Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and counterparties.

Controls, Process, & Governance

• Design and implement middle office controls, documentation standards, and approval workflows for energy transactions.

• Develop repeatable processes to support scale, risk management, and audit readiness.

• Partner with Legal, Accounting, and Finance to ensure alignment with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and analyze trade data to track risk exposures, identify discrepancies, and escalate potential issues to risk management in a timely manner.

• Work closely with Treasury, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Legal, Data Center Operations, and Construction & Design.

• Translate commercial contract terms into operational, financial, and accounting implications.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow planning related to energy procurement.

External Partner Management

• Interface with utilities, IPP, trading counterparties, and third-party service providers on contract execution, amendments, and operational matters.

• Coordinate post-signing activities including notices, milestone tracking, and ongoing performance management.

• Deep understanding of power and energy contracts, including ESAs, CSAs, PPAs, and utility agreements.

• Proven experience managing complex, long-term infrastructure or energy transactions post-execution.

• Strong process orientation with experience building controls and scalable workflows.

• Ability to operate independently and drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial impacts of energy transactions, including mark-to-market valuations, accruals, and cash flow implications.
