Job Summary:
Responsible for tendering and detailed design of ELV & ICT systems across multiple projects, including data centers, airports, industrial, residential, and commercial developments.
Key Skills:
• ELV & ICT detailed design (Greenfield & Brownfield projects)
• Multi-project and tender management
• Design expertise:
• Space planning
• Schematic & layout drawings
• BOQ, RFQ & technical specification preparation
• Coordination with architectural, structural & site teams
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Innovative and optimized design approach
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare schematic & layout drawings
• Perform equipment selection & system design calculations:
• Heat mapping
• Voltage drop
• Coverage area
• I/O summary
• Cause & effect matrix
• Design ELV systems such as:
• CCTV, PAVA, BMS, SCADA
• Networking (active/passive), IPBX
• AV systems, nurse call, leak detection, etc.
• Prepare cable routing, tray layouts & equipment layouts
• Develop GFC (Good for Construction) drawings
• Prepare documentation:
• DBR, BOQ, RFQ, technical specs
• Work on AutoCAD / BIM / Revit models
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical & mechanical teams
• Perform technical evaluation of vendors/equipment
• Review testing & commissioning plans
Technical Competencies:
• Software: AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, MS Office (Excel, PPT, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Good planning and organizational skills
