Manager Digital Supply Chain & Technology Transformation (m/f/d)

• You lead and manage complex Supply Chain & Operations Transformation projects from strategy to implementation with measurable business impact.
• You develop and implement tech- & data-driven supply chain strategies leveraging AI, digitalization, and automation.
• You identify, analyze, and optimize processes across end-to-end value chains with a focus on operational excellence and digital enablement.
• You conduct workshops, business analyses, data assessments, and maturity evaluations to uncover efficiency and value creation potential.
• You act as the strategic lead during pitches, client meetings, and project steering to shape transformational solutions.
• You create and present client-ready reports and actionable, data-driven recommendations.
• You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders - including C-level - to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
• You ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards while maximizing project ROI and client satisfaction.
• You support business development by identifying new opportunities in digital supply chain transformation.
• You collaborate closely with experts from AI, Data Science, Digital Strategy, Technology, and Marketing to deliver integrated, data-driven impact.
• You mentor and empower team members to strengthen their digital, analytical, and value-oriented supply chain capabilities.

What we require::
• You hold an excellent university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• You bring at least 4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Operations Consulting, or Digital Transformation.
• You have strong expertise in process optimization, value chain digitalization, and modern SCM systems (ERP, APS, TMS, WMS, BI tools), with a focus on value creation through efficiency and innovation.
• You possess practical experience with AI-powered tools and data platforms to enhance supply chain efficiency and transparency.
• You combine exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic thinking.
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You communicate confidently and effectively in both German and English.
• You bring a proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with a passion for technology, AI, data, and innovation.
