Deine Aufgaben:
Du liebst datengetriebenes Marketing, denkst Customer Journeys ganzheitlich und hast Lust, CRM- und Loyalty-Themen aktiv weiterzuentwickeln? Dann werde Teil unseres Digital Performance Teams und gestalte mit uns Marketing Automation, CRM und das B&B HOTELS Loyalty Programm B&me für die Region Central & Northern Europe.

• Du definierst, steuerst und dokumentierst unsere CRM-Aktivitäten und entwickelst passgenaue Kommunikationsstrategien für unterschiedliche Kundensegmente wie Leisure und Business weiter.
• Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung unseres Loyalty Programms B&me und optimierst kontinuierlich die Customer Journey auf Basis datengetriebener Analysen.
• Du konzipierst, erstellst und optimierst automatisierte E-Mail-Workflows, Newsletter sowie Kampagnen inkl. A/B-Testings.

• Du wirkst aktiv an der ganzheitlichen Kampagnenplanung mit und setzt Maßnahmen zur Leadgenerierung um.

• Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für unsere CRM-Systeme wie CDP, Mailingprogramme und Marketing Cloud und steuerst externe Dienstleister.

• Du arbeitest an spannenden Sonderprojekten und bearbeitest CRM-relevante Anfragen über Jira Service Desk.

Das bringst du mit:
• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt eCommerce, Marketing, Medienwirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – Quereinsteiger aus der Hotellerie sind ebenfalls willkommen
• Du bringst relevante Berufserfahrung im CRM- oder E-Mail-Marketing-Umfeld mit, idealerweise in der Hotellerie, und kennst dich sehr gut mit E-Mail-Marketing-Mechaniken aus.
• Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, ist für dich selbstverständlich.
• Erfahrungen mit Tools wie Salesforce Marketing Cloud sowie Google Analytics sind ein Plus.
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und konzeptionell, denkst in Kennzahlen, hast eine hohe Analyseaffinität und überzeugst durch Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
