What does the role entail?
• Design and execute targeted nurture sequences to re-engage leads from secondary lead magnets, aligned with overall marketing objectives.
• Drive stronger adoption of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and keep the team updated on new features.
• A/B testing, automation, and performance analysis.
• Create engaging email & whatsapp content and design templates that resonate with our target audience.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like SFMC , providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Drive creative excellence to uplift the performance of campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually refine and optimize our email marketing efforts.
• Monitoring and reporting of email campaign performance on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

What would excite us?
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in CRM growth marketing role, with a strong track record of managing CRM systems.
• Proven experience in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive lead acquisition and customer engagement in a B2C setup.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to present strategic insights to stakeholders effectively.
