The Manager – Creative Marketing will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns for marquee properties across broadcast, digital, and on-ground platforms. The role acts as a single point of accountability, bringing together strategy, creative execution, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence to achieve brand, audience, and commercial objectives at scale.
What you'll do::
• Translate business and brand objectives into integrated, multi-platform marketing strategies
• Own campaign creation and execution across TV, digital, social, radio, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations
• Partner with business, programming, and digital teams to define KPIs and success metrics
• Act as the senior interface with programming, sales, digital, broadcast operations, legal, S&P, commercial, and corporate teams for all creative requirements
• Lead agency, production house, and partner briefing, evaluation, and performance management
• Oversee creative development to ensure brand and property consistency across all touchpoints
• Own creative execution timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Anticipate risks and manage contingencies, especially in dynamic and time-sensitive environments
• Ensure seamless coordination with broadcast teams for scheduling and transmission
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members, driving performance and capability building
• Own non-media budgets, vendor negotiations, cost optimization, and process efficiencies
• Track campaign performance and use insights to refine future strategies

• Achievement of defined campaign KPIs, including delivery, collaboration, and viewership metrics

Qualifications, Experience & Skills::
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree
• 7 to 10 years of experience in marketing or campaign management, preferably within media, agency, or related environments
• Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns and working with cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic thinking and campaign planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of marketing ecosystems across broadcast and digital platforms
• Strong execution orientation with problem-solving and financial acumen
