At PwC, our people in tax services focus on providing advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions.

Those in tax compliance at PwC will focus on validating clients' compliance with tax laws and regulations. You will review and analyse financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and assist businesses in meeting their tax obligations while minimising risks of non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the delivery of tax services to a portfolio of our clients.

• Managing multiple relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of high quality services.

• Developing and growing team members via delegating, monitoring and coaching;

• Pro-actively identifying opportunities to provide value-added services to clients; and

• Ensuring compliance with PwC's policies and professional standards.

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law;

• Strong business and technical knowledge with at least 5 to 6 years' experience in tax advisory, ideally in a professional services organisation;

• Strong time management and project management skills;

• Resourceful, with flexible approach to challenges;

• High professional standards;

• Dynamic leadership qualities, people-oriented and driven to engender strong client relationships;

• Willing to strive to find the best solution for our clients; and

• Excellent English and Vietnamese language skills, both written and spoken.
