Manager - Company Secretary

JioStar is expending the CS team and are looking for a professional to support and manage secretarial and statutory compliances. This role is responsible for assisting and managing end-to-end secretarial compliances, board and shareholder processes, and regulatory filings, while supporting strong corporate governance standards and effective engagement with regulators, auditors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities::
• Assist and/or manage statutory compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI LODR.
• Assist and handle Board/Committee/AGM meetings, notices, agendas, and minutes.
• File statutory returns with MCA, ROC, SEBI, RBI and other regulators.
• Maintain statutory registers, records, resolutions, and documentation.
• Support secretarial audits, due diligence, and compliance reporting.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, and internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
• Manage corporate governance practices and entity-level compliances.

Qualification & Experience::
• A Qualified Company Secretary
• 6–9 years of post-qualification experience in secretarial and compliance functions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• A Team player.
• Experience with listed or regulated companies is an advantage.
