Summary of Job Duties
Condley and Company, LLP is hiring a Manager (5+ years experience) for its Client Advisory Services (CAS) department.
CAS managers with Condley and Company engage with clients' complex accounting situations, providing them with peace of mind and the opportunity to add value to their businesses.
CAS managers:
Review payroll, accounts payable, payroll tax reports, sales tax reports, general ledgers, and other related accounting services tasks
See the big picture for clients' business, objectives, and industry; think creatively to solve business problems as well as team conflict
Take responsibility for service quality, thoroughness and accuracy; proactively work with clients to gather data and follow-up on open items
Analyze and interpret detailed information and research according to client circumstances; assess problems and issues and interprets the implications for the client
Minimum Entry Requirements
Bachelor's degree and CPA license
Knowledge of payroll preparation and payroll tax reporting
Knowledge of general ledger review and financial statement preparation
Advanced understanding of accounting procedures
Experience with QuickBooks, Pak Energy, or Sage Intacct is a plus
Authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship
