▪ Define the strategy for the digitalization of the manufacturing for China production plants

▪ Strategy needs to be aligned to the AUMOVIO global Digital Transformation (DT) strategy and goals and with internal partners like Business Areas and IT

▪ Create strategic plans for the implementation of the digitalization in manufacturing and SCM for AUMOVIO China

▪ Resource allocation to the different initiatives and projects regarding budget, personnel and technology

▪ Organize best-practice sharing/Yokoten and scaling of Digitalization achievements across China plants

▪ Define and regularly calibrate the priorities for Digital Transformation China cross-Plant community 

▪ Managing the project portfolio of manufacturing & SCM digitalization in China for max. synergies to be achieved in China context

▪ Define and control Digitalization in China Operations (Dig. OPs) & SCM yearly budget

▪ Drive Lessons Learned within China Dig. OPs Network and China Competence Centers

▪ Continuously track and review the success of the implementation acc. the strategic goals and make adjustment as needed to stay on track

▪ Initiate and monitor innovation programs for scouting and evaluation of new technology and innovation

▪ Steer the cross-China Plant Dig. OPs / SCM community (e.g. for common roadmap & priority understanding, regular exchange/gatherings)

▪ Be the China representative towards Global A DT team for bi-directional max. efficient regular exchange 

Work location: Shanghai/Changchun/Wuhu Plant

- Knowledge and Experience in manufacturing and production processes (mechanical and / or electronical)

- High interest and sound understanding of digital technologies (e.g. big data, AR, IoT, generative AI)

- Ability to derive and argue China Digital Transformation business sketches (Invest, ROI)

- Capability for Strategic Stakeholder Management and to lead without lines (China cross-Plants Dig OP community)

- Min. 5 years of professional experience and knowledge of operations (incl. production / manufacturing processes);

- Experience in Project Portfolio Management (initiation, evaluation, controlling, execution);

- Experience in Digitalization for shopfloor and/or Supply Chain Mgmt;

- Networking with other functions, locations, and technical communities;

- Solid English for international interaction;
