Position Title: Manager, Catalog Inspection

What You Will Do

• Lead the Inspection Team: Manage and guide the team responsible for catalog inspection and quality assurance.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze errors in catalog data, and implement preventive measures.

• Improve SOPs and Tools: Develop and enhance standard operating procedures and operational tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Drive Project Execution: Lead key labeling accuracy projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Traditional Chinese

• Strong Excel skills or experience in data analysis

• Proven experience in team management

• Background in seller or customer consulting

• Solid understanding of e-commerce business models

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English or Korean

Experience using SQL or similar customer service platform
