• Drive forward flow, warehouse, and term securitization transactions from term sheet through closing, working closely with legal, finance, and rating agencies.

• Perform in-depth collateral analyses, pool stratifications, and economic scenarios to inform deal structure and investor discussions.

• Partner with internal teams (credit, finance, legal) and external stakeholders (banks, underwriters, rating agencies) to ensure smooth and timely execution.

• Draft and review investor materials, offering documents, and structural term sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.

• Own communications with prospective and existing investors on collateral performance, structure, and transaction updates.

What We Look For:

• 6+ years of experience in capital markets, securitization, or structured finance. (Consumer ABS experience is strongly preferred).

• Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling is required.

• Proven experience analyzing consumer credit portfolios and structuring ABS transactions.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to manage complex workstreams independently.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to internal and external audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree is required; a quantitative or finance discipline is preferred.

• Travel: Willingness to travel 6–8 times per year for investor conferences and meetings.

Nice to Have:

• Proficiency with SQL or Python for data analysis and automation.

• A CFA designation or an advanced degree.

• Proficiency with Intex, VBA, or similar cashflow modeling tools.

What We Offer You:

• Competitive salary and stock option plan

• 100% paid coverage of medical, dental and vision insurance

• Flexible PTO

• Competitive 401(k) and RRSP program

• Opportunities for professional growth and development
