We are looking for a results-driven Campaign Manager to lead the execution and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Campaign Action Plan
• Design and implement creative campaigns based on Tier 1 brand campaigns & calendar to drive orders, and user engagement.
• Execute seasonal, festive, and promotional campaigns based on the brand strategies. 
• Create campaign briefs, collaborate with agencies and monitor execution.
• Maintain a marketing campaign calendar aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Execution:
• Lead collaboration with creative, commercial, and partnership teams
• Manage timelines and deliverables
• Ensure campaigns run smoothly on all channels with consistent messaging.
• Monitor real-time campaign performance and optimize for maximum results.
 
Performance & Optimization: 
• Track campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns in real time based on performance
• Prepare post-campaign reports and learning documents
 
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Negotiate with vendors, partners, and agencies.
• Work closely with category, commercial, partnership, and logistics teams.
 
Qualifications
• Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong campaign coordination and execution skills
• Clear communication and briefing capability
• Ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders simultaneously
• Good understanding of Digital media & social media content formats and engagement drivers
• Basic knowledge of ATL/BTL marketing and on-ground activations
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
 
Preferred Background
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand, or campaign execution roles from B2C industries, preferably from eCommerce, FMCG, Consumer Technology 
• Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or vendors is a plus
• Exposure to digital platforms, social media, or consumer brands preferred
