Manager – Business Planning & Strategy

Job Summary:
This role supports the Business Strategy team in planning and executing key strategic initiatives, working closely with cross-functional verticals and leadership. It drives data-led strategy, planning and insights, while enabling leadership with analytics and competitive intelligence.

About the team:
The central business planning & strategy team leads strategic initiatives for the cluster. They support various Business Heads within the in-driving strategic initiatives. It also involves managing multiple high-level stakeholders to ensure that projects are on track. They are also responsible for tracking the cluster health and solving for overall network share growth for the cluster.

Reporting To: Senior Director – Planning & Strategy

Key Responsibilities::
• Work closely with the cluster strategy head to drive channel GRPs and other relevant business metrics
• Deepen the viewer understanding along with the analytics and strategy
• Ensure all project timelines are adhered to on key initiatives during the year
• Coordinating and monitoring the annual plans for the business
• Schedule and drive the agenda and timelines for periodic business reviews and be the SPOC for holding this together

• Strong analytical thinking; ability to interpret large datasets
• Overseeing key initiatives and ensuring they are executed in a timely manner and meeting set strategic objectives.
• Proficiency in managing relationships with key stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Ability to analyse data and metrics thereby ensuring that decisions are backed by solid evidence.
• Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
• Comfortable using AI tools for productivity and analysis

Preferred Education & Experience::
• MBA or equivalent (Tier I or II) with 6+ years of prior experience in data analytics
• Media, Research & Agency background & working experience on BARC
