Our Advisory practice is seeking a Manager specializing in Blockchain and Digital Assets to support the continued growth of our services.
In this role, you will work with leading financial institutions, corporates and fintech supporting them in understanding, designing and implementing solutions leveraging blockchain technologies and digital assets.
The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and strategic capabilities with a solid understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem, demonstrating both business acumen and a foundational understanding of the underlying technologies.

Our Blockchain & Digital Assets team supports clients in navigating the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape since 2016. We advise organizations across industries from strategy definition to implementation and transformation programs.

Your Perspectives

As a Manager in the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice, you will:
• Support clients across the end-to-end lifecycle of blockchain initiatives, from strategy definition and use case design to the implementation of blockchain-based services and digital asset solutions, working closely with technology providers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex technological concepts into clear business implications for executive stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate project activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and technological developments within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, thought leadership and client presentations.
• Support the growth of the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice.

Your unique strengths 
• 5–8+ years of professional experience in the digital assets industry
• Strong interest and understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, translating blockchain concepts into practical business applications.
• Proven experience in project management and client engagement in consulting or advisory environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structuring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
