Manager/Assistant Manager, Communications & Corporate Affairs

• Overseeing Award Submission for the company, writing and co-ordinating with the relevant departments and meeting the requirements of the criteria to win the award
• Supporting all CSR initiaves by SDB and working closely with the CSR team to ensure all materials are publicised at a timely manner and maintaining the brand presence via CSR
• To source for suitable Corporate Gifts for the Media as and when needed/keen eye in design
• Overseeing the Website & Corporate Profile to ensure all information are accurate and timely
• Ensuring all collaterals e.g. Marketing are seen and verified and in line with the brand portfolio
• Maintaining and excellent relationship with the media while publicising articles when needed
• Maintaining the brand presence on Social Media platforms while advertising when necessary/Promoting the developments to ensure presence & showcasing the brand and its lifestyle
• Ensuring any crisis is under control and avoiding any outward publicity
• Leading customer engagement events/appreciation night and working closely with suppliers and third parties
• Build & develop investor relations (shareholders, BODs, fund managers, analysts) to increase confidence in the Company
• Oversee company's communication needs including media management, public relations, investor relations and online presence and coming up with strategies to enhance company's image

Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• Degree in Communications/Mass Communications/Journalism/Advertising & Public Relations
• Masters in Communication/Journalism/Advertising & PR/Managerial Communications would be an added advantage
• Excellent communicator with strong command of the English and Bahasa Malaysia and adapting complex communications for different audiences (Chinese / Mandarin would be an added advantage)
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Versatile in multi-tasking and able to lead campaigns
• Knowledgeable in best practices in Communications/Public Relations & Media Relations
• Social Media Savvy and proficient in advertising on Social Media platforms
• Strong relationship with the Media fraternity & networking
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
• Ability to interact effectively at all levels with sensitivity to cultural diversity, adapting as the external environment and organization evolves.

Benefits:
Salary : RM9,000.00

Allowance : RM 160.00

Travelling : RM 500.00 (Manager only)

Outpatient treatment : Unlimited for staff and extended to family member with limit Hospitalisation: RM 50,000.00 per year (pay & claim basis)

Specialist : RM 10,000 per year

Dental Allowance: RM 300.00 per year Parking : Provided
