Binnen Building Performance helpen wij organisaties met inspecties, keuringen en advies rondom drinkwaterinstallaties en drinkwaterveiligheid, inclusief legionellapreventie.

Wat ga je doen?

Leiderschap & Teamontwikkeling

• Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van adviseurs drinkwaterkwaliteit
• Bewaken van vakinhoudelijke kwaliteit en uniformiteit in rapportages
• Capaciteitsplanning en projectverdeling
• Fungeren als inhoudelijk sparringpartner bij complexe vraagstukken

Kwaliteit & Inhoud

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor risicoanalyses conform BRL6010
• Toetsen van inspecties, brononderzoeken en rapportages
• Doorontwikkeling van adviesmethodieken en standaarden
• Stimuleren van innovatie binnen waterkwaliteit en installatietechniek

Strategie & Relatiebeheer

• Onderhouden en uitbouwen van klantrelaties
• Signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande en nieuwe klanten
• Vertalen van wet- en regelgeving (Drinkwaterwet, legionellapreventie) naar dienstverlening
• Samenwerken met andere disciplines binnen de organisatie

Het team dat jij aanstuurt houdt zich bezig met:

• Inspecties van drinkwaterinstallaties en beheerprocessen
• Advies op het gebied van legionellapreventie en drinkwaterveiligheid
• Coördinatie en begeleiding van installatiebeheer en technische aanpassingen
• Opstellen van gedetailleerde rapportages met verbeteradviezen
• Risicoanalyses en brononderzoek conform BRL6010
• Installatietechnische controles, actualiseren van tekeningen en ontwerpoptimalisatie
• Kennisdeling en innovatie rondom waterkwaliteit

Wat breng jij mee?

• HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek)
• Ruime ervaring binnen drinkwaterveiligheid en legionellapreventie
• Aantoonbare kennis van BRL6010, NEN 1006 en relevante ISSO-publicaties
• Leidinggevende ervaring óf duidelijke ambitie en natuurlijke senioriteit
• Sterke communicatieve en coachende vaardigheden
• Ondernemerschap en kwaliteitsgerichtheid
