Summary:
Our Management Trainee Program is a structured, multi-disciplinary development track designed to cultivate high-potential graduates into future leaders across key operational functions. Trainees will rotate through several departments, gaining hands-on experience and mentorship in roles such as:
Buyer
Junior Planner
QA Inspector
Planner/Estimator
Contracting Assistant
Junior Project Manager
Safety Inspector
This immersive program blends technical training, leadership development, and real-world project exposure to prepare candidates for long-term success in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Trainees will:
• Buyer: Assist in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
• Junior Planner: Support production scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• QA Inspector: Conduct inspections, document quality issues, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Planner/Estimator: Develop cost estimates, review project scopes, and assist in bid preparation.
• Contracting Assistant: Help draft, review, and manage contracts and vendor agreements.
• Junior Project Manager: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Safety Inspector: Monitor workplace safety, conduct audits, and promote compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
