Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Management Trainee to join our growing team. This entry-level leadership position is designed for individuals who are ready to learn every aspect of business operations and prepare for future management roles. The ideal candidate will receive hands-on training and mentoring to develop skills in strategic planning, operations, leadership, and team development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on all departments including sales, marketing, operations, and customer service

• Assist management in planning and implementing business strategies

• Learn to lead, coach, and motivate team members

• Monitor team performance and provide feedback

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions

• Support the development of new business initiatives and growth opportunities

• Prepare regular reports and present findings to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
