Sika Automotive & Industry Business delivers innovative solutions to the world’s leading manufacturers and service providers in automotive OEM, commercial vehicles, automotive aftermarket, marine vessels, renewable energy, sandwich panels, industrial equipment, HVAC, home and commercial appliances, modular building, facades and fenestration. Sika India services direct customers and distributors and stay close to them via the central sales & marketing office in Pune, and a pan India sales team presence.
• Generate qualified project leads by reviewing Biltrax, GlobalData, IRR and other databases.
• Prepare priced BOQs to support the specification team in submissions.
• Monitor sales pipeline health and publish dashboards for Target Market Managers.
• Maintain trackers for key Target Market initiatives and follow up on progress.
• Support TM Engineering with refurbishment product management tasks and documentation.
• Keep the TM SharePoint updated with all relevant data, documents, and trackers.
BE | BTech (Civil | Mechanical | Chemical ) + MBA (Sales and Marketing)
