Management Trainee (Field Sales - Regio Antwerp)

What to expect:

• Two rotations of each 12–18 months in areas like Inside Sales, Field Sales, Supply Chain,…
• A first assignment as a Field Sales Representative for the region of Antwerp. In this dynamic role, you will establish lasting client relationships, work autonomously, negotiate for shelf space, and gain in-depth knowledge of the FMCG market and JDE’s iconic brands. This is your chance to take the lead and discover a potential career in sales!
• Learn through hands-on experience, mentoring and targeted training
• Please note: this is not an internship, but a full-time position with real responsibilities from day one.

Who are we looking for?

• You’re a graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or have up to 2 years of work experience  and you’re available to start in as soon as possible!
• Fluency in Dutch and English, with a good knowledge of French
• Based near Antwerp/Brussels or willing to relocate
• Curious, ambitious and ready to take ownership
• A true coffee or tea lover who wants to kickstart a meaningful career
