Job Summary:
As a Management Trainee at Pattern, you will embark on a dynamic journey to develop your leadership skills and gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our business. Key Responsibilities:
Rotational Training: immerse yourself in structured rotations across key departments Brand, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics and Operations to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
Operational Understanding: Gain insights into the entire operation process and workflow of various departments
Team Collaboration: Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop solutions that align with Pattern’s mission and values.
