About the Role
We are looking for high-potential, ambitious talent to join our inaugural full-time Management Trainee Program within the Business Team. This is a fast-track leadership development program designed for top graduates who want to build a meaningful career at the intersection of fintech, blockchain, and global payments.
As a Management Trainee, you will complete four core rotations, gaining hands-on experience and cross-functional expertise in:
Customer Service Operations– Understand user pain points, optimize support workflows, manage ticket escalations, and improve customer satisfaction metrics in a fast-paced crypto payment environment.
Risk & Compliance– Strengthen fraud prevention, AML/KYC processes, and operational resilience. Learn to balance regulatory requirements with seamless user experience in a regulated fintech setting.
Marketing– Engage in social media marketing, influencer and partner growth, event management, and more. Contribute to brand positioning, content strategy, performance marketing, and go-to-market plans for new products.
Business Intelligence– Drive data-driven strategy through advanced analytics, dashboard building, market research, and competitor analysis. Translate data into actionable insights for product and business teams.
What You Will Do
Rotate through four core functions (Customer Service Operations, Risk & Compliance, Marketing, and Business Intelligence) over a structured 6–12-month period
Participating in live projects that directly impact millions of users and billions in transaction volume
Conduct market research, data modeling, and process optimization to support strategic decisions in each rotation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, Operations, Product) and senior leaders
Present findings, recommendations, and post-rotation impact reports to management
Take ownership of small-to-medium initiatives from day one
Receive structured mentorship from experienced managers and C-level executives
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor or master’s graduates of 2025/2026 in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, social science, or related disciplines
Excellent academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential
Passionate about fintech, crypto, stablecoins, payments innovation, and other cutting-edge technologies
Analytical, curious, and comfortable with ambiguity in a hyper-growth startup environment
Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficient in both English and Chinese
