Job Description

Buscamos a nuestro Management Systems Supervisor, responsable de liderar el Sistema de Gestión bajo normas ISO, asegurando el cumplimiento, la mejora continua y la correcta adopción de procesos en todas las áreas del negocio.

Experiencia y conocimientos

Experiencia comprobable en implementación, mantenimiento y auditoría de ISO 9001:2018 (deseable ISO 27001:2022).

Gestión por procesos, mejora continua, análisis de riesgos y KPIs.

Auditorías internas y acompañamiento en auditorías externas.

Modelos de control y gobierno (PDCA, gestión documental, control de cambios).

Conocimiento de entornos cloud / SaaS y control de información.

Perfil académico

Estudios universitarios en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Ingeniería en Sistemas o carreras afines (cierre de pensum o título).

Inglés intermedio.

Responsabilidades clave

Diseñar, implementar, mantener y auditar el Sistema de Gestión Integral.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas ISO.

Definir y mantener la arquitectura de procesos, procedimientos y documentación.

Planificar y ejecutar auditorías internas y acompañar auditorías externas.

Dar seguimiento a hallazgos, no conformidades y planes de acción.

Medir la efectividad de los procesos mediante KPIs y reportes ejecutivos.

Actuar como auditor interno y apoyo transversal de todas las áreas y LOBs.

Promover la cultura de calidad, mejora continua y cumplimiento.

Capacitar y acompañar a los equipos en procesos, normas y buenas prácticas.

Gestionar proveedores de consultoría y la relación con el ente certificador ISO.
