Key Responsibilities

• Create executive-ready content, including PPT storylines, POVs, one-pagers, and workshop packs.
• Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions to gather critical insights and requirements.
• Convert stakeholder inputs into target state, roadmap, and value case narratives.
• Support solution shaping and proposal development for banking/financial services finance transformation work.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services.
• Proven ability to create executive-ready content and deliver compelling presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and facilitation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Knowledge of financial services industry trends and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in developing target state architectures, roadmaps, and value cases.
