We'renow looking fora seasoned Senior Engineer (L3) to join us and help lead technical delivery, drive automation, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities::
• Act as Level3escalation for complex issues across server, network, cloud, and security stacks
• Plan and execute infrastructure projects migrations, cloud transitions (esp.M365/Azure), network upgrades
• Firewall management, implementation and configuration
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions
• Mentor junior techs and work closely with the service desk to improve technical processes
• Performclient-facingconsultations,technicalaccountreviews,andpre-salesscoping
• Contribute to automation, documentation, and systems standardization across client environments
• Collaborate with vendors for escalated support and project delivery
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Azure and server management to ensure clients' systems remain cutting-edge and secure.

Skills/ Requirements::
• Have a minimum of 10years' experience in an IT environment with a minimum of 3 years as a level 3 engineer or above MSP experience is mandatory.
• Strong experience in the following technologies Windows Server, Office365, Share Point, Microsoft Teams, Group and Local Policy Administration
• Expert in Firewall management, configuration and Network Technologies, Microsoft
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP,TCP/IP, Server Platforms, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Hyper-V, SQL
• Ability to deploy and manage VoIP,SIP,3CX and other phone system technologies will put you are the front of the line
• Experience in using PSA tools such as Connect Wise or Auto Task.
• ITILv4 Certification or basic experience working in an ITILv4 framework environment will be highly regarded.
• You must have strong technical skills with a balance of customer communication, strong skills for this role means you have core, certified and proven knowledge of being able to deploy server infrastructure, firewalls, switching, routing across arrange of systems
• Echoing the above, the ability to not only manage but improve and deploy technical solutions
• Mentorship for junior team members and ability to draw on experience in this is highly regarded
• Certified in Firewall (Watchguard, Fortinet, Sophos)
• Certified in Windows Server
• Proven record of Project Delivery (Onboarding, Cloud Migration, Server Setup)
