High-Level Overview:
The CS Support groups play a vital role in the Benevity ecosystem, dedicated to enhancing the experiences of client administrators, end-users, and non-profits globally. We are deeply committed to fostering positive change through our 'Goodness Ecosystem,' supporting remarkable companies, individual donors, and causes in making a significant impact.
In line with our mission to deliver exceptional experiences, we're looking for a Managed Services Coordinator who is enthusiastic about providing quality service, achieving our service level goals, and continually refining our processes.
What you'll do:
• Ensures data meets client standards and policies for approval
• Addresses discrepancies through established communication methods
• Returns any incomplete documents to the submitter as needed
• Demonstrates a proactive and efficient approach to workload management
• Monitors service levels and keeps management updated on client queue statuses
• Develops tailored documentation, presentations, and training for the team
• Analyzes data to spot trends in match and volunteer submissions, recommending operational or user experience enhancements to leadership
• Responds to client employees' inquiries via email regarding submission declines
• Performs administrative tasks as directed by management
What you'll bring:
• Strong English comprehension and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-driven with the ability to excel independently on task-oriented projects
• Skilled in computer and technology use
• Fundamental mathematical abilities
• Problem-solving skills, especially for unexpected issues
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Attention to detail, identifying discrepancies and errors in data
• Aptitude for recognizing patterns in numerous transactions
• Efficient time management capabilities
• Focus and concentration, even on repetitive tasks
• Patience in work processes
• Multilingual abilities are highly valued
