Duties and Responsibilities:
Port Call Planning / Execution:
1. Expedite port call turnaround and in the most cost-effective manner.
2. Closely monitor port call progress and ensure Principals’ best interest are always protected.
3. Ensure all requirements relating to cargo matters are well understood and relayed to Manager and other relevant parties.
4. Ensure mandatory use of One-Da / Optic / Diaboss and etc system as reporting tool in compliance with company policy and KPI
Effective Communication :
1. Concise and timely communication with authorised recipients and stakeholders.
2. This include but not limited to routine pre-arrival, progress. port call updates and post-call enquires.
Provide local expert advice:
Keeping abreast of latest development in relevant regulations, industry and ISS Policies and Procedures from official sources.
Legal Compliance:
Ensure services provided comply with local law/regulations and ISS Policies/Procedures.
Statutory Declarations :
Timely and truthful declarations to the following, but not limiting to
1. Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
2. Maritime and Port Authority
3. Customs and Excise Department
4. National Environment Agency
5. Security/Enforcement Agencies
6. Operators / Management of facility involved
Utilisation of ISS Systems:
Ensure full utilisation of all ISS systems (OneDA and Optics) according to Standard Operating
Procedures.

At least 5 year of working experience in ship agency service industry with track
records.
Qualifications:
• At least GCE “O” Level with credit in English and Mathematics
