Job Purpose
Responsible for ensuring that vendor invoice process operates in a timely and accurate manner so that the company can meets or exceeds its delivery commitment to its customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring that vendor invoice posted in a timely and accurate manner.
Comply with customer accounting requirements.
Ensure data entries posting are cleared as soon as possible within set KPIs.
Verify invoice information are correct (including checking billing party name, amount agreed as per close estimate, invoice details, tax rate etc)
Maintain working relationships with key customer accounting contacts, various performing agents and internal offices.
Keep Team Leader advised on any outstanding/ performance issues relating to invoices.
Communicate with service providers on outstanding invoices and verify the invoices
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Disbursement Account processes
Good level of numeracy
Skills:
Competent user of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel and Word
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Fluent English language skills
Experience:
Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounts
Customer service focus
Experience of working to pre-defined processes, procedures and delivering work in accordance to SLA (Service Level Agreements)
