Main Purpose of Job : 

We have an exciting opportunity for AR Executive in our ARteam. You will be responsible for Responsible for AR Collections.

Key accountabilities and Responsibilities :

Contacting customers to secure outstanding payments and follow up on overdue accounts. 

Investigating and resolving billing disputes and account discrepancies with customers and internal departments. 

Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable aging reports to identify risks, prioritize collections, and forecast cash flow. 

Preparing and presenting regular reports on collection activities, debt reduction, and overall AR performance to management team. 

Ensuring all AR activities comply with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards. 

Working with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to facilitate smooth invoicing and collection processes. 

Required Knowledge, Expereince, Education and Skills :

A bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is often preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome

Proven experience in accounts receivable, typically 1-2 years or more, with a strong understanding of invoicing and payment collection processes. 

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and propose solutions. 

Excellent communication and negotiation skills for customer interactions. 

Proficiency in Microsoft tools.

Strong time management, organizational, and detail-orientation skills
