In this role, you'll be a key member of our close-knit branch in Bendigo and be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

About the role

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with major accounts and key customers in the electrical sector
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within your assigned account portfolio
• Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and deliver customized quotes and proposals tailored to customer needs
• Collaborate with internal teams
• Support branch operations and contribute to achieving team sales targets and objectives
• Build and nurture local relationships that strengthen our market presence and reputation
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities  

• Strong customer service focus and good communication skills
• Basic numeracy and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus
