We are looking for a dedicated and reliable person with strong organizational, communication and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be required to provide maintenance, ground keeping, project/renovation work, and other work-related activities as necessary. About the position: Organize and perform day – to - day maintenance of buildings and grounds; Prepare cost estimate & materials list for repairs, maintain projects and order appropriate supplies; Prepare written reports as required; Make a schedule of the jobs to be carried out and to ensure the schedule is adhered to routine and preventative maintenance; Ability to travel to outlying LLRIB communities.

Qualifications: Minimum Grade 10; WHMIS & Certified First Aide required or willing to obtain; Knowledge in furnace repair, minor maintenance and repair of small appliances; Basic Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Painting experience is an asset; Experience and knowledge with Computers and Office equipment is an asset; Experience working with First Nations Communities is an asset; Understanding/Speaking Cree is an asset; Must possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
