Maintenance Technician

1 Resource Group is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Install, repair and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with operations to improve equipment reliability and safety.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

This position requires hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Valid forklift operator certification is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed.
