Essential Job Duties:
Assist the Maintenance Team Lead in all aspects of maintenance procedures and activities.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic subsystems, ovens, machining centers, and other custom equipment.
Execute and manage repair and preventative maintenance work orders in the Visual/IQM system and ensure completion.
Maintain and repair building systems, facility infrastructure, and surrounding grounds, including all subsystems.
Facilitate the installation and/or movement of equipment as needed within the facility.
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.
Demonstrate company core values and maintain strong attendance and reliability.
Perform other tasks or projects as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED
Industrial Technology and Maintenance Certification or Equivalent work experience preferred.
2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong Electrical and mechanical aptitude
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Skills: AC/DC electric, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, machining, and fabrication.
