What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go‑to person keeping our residential and office sites safe, functional, and in good shape. Most days you’ll work independently, choosing the best way to get the job done.
General Maintenance & Repairs
Routine + emergency maintenance across multiple sites
Safety‑related work orders completed same day or within 24 hours
Basic construction tasks such as:
Drywall repair
Interior doors, locks, and hardware
Shelving, cabinetry, storage installs
Light framing or reinforcement
Basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance troubleshooting
Ensuring all work meets safety and code standards
Facility & Grounds Upkeep
Interior/exterior upkeep
Routine inspections for hazards or maintenance needs
Safety & Compliance
Follow OSHA basics and use proper PPE
Maintain a safe environment for clients and staff
Respect and protect vulnerable adults
Understand and follow HIPAA guidelines
Operational Responsibilities
Communicate work order status and timelines
Coordinate with the Director of Operations and site staff
Attend trainings and meetings
Participate in rotating on‑call schedule (future)
Overtime available but never required
Minimum Qualifications
18+ years old
Experience in maintenance, handyman work, or construction
Basic knowledge of:
HVAC
Electrical troubleshooting
Plumbing
Building codes
OSHA safety
Able to lift 60+ lbs and be on your feet most of the day
Strong communication + ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Able to pass background check + drug screening
Professional, respectful conduct with clients
