Job Shift: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job Summary:

This individual will be responsible for all maintenance aspects of the communities operations and will work closely with the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversees the day-to-day maintenance operations

Supervise the Maintenance Technicians and Floaters on each

Conducts monthly safety meetings and inspections in accordance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

Able to supervise and lead a team

1-year experience in the industry - Required

Able to lift, push or pull a minimum of 50 pounds individually, regularly

Able to properly operate tools, machines and equipment

Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and painting

Valid driver license

English language proficiency

Great customer service

Proficient understanding of Microsoft Suites

Knowledge of environmental/industrial hazards as they apply to residential housing
