About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure our facility, equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, enjoys solving problems, and excels at coaching and developing technicians.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and support maintenance technicians in daily tasks, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance activities to reduce downtime and support production goals
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and equipment history
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve equipment issues
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or replacements
• Assist with budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of parts and supplies
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and coordinate corrective actions
Qualifications
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, facilities, or a related field
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience with CMMS systems
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of HVAC, PLCs, hydraulics, or industrial automation
• Experience in lean manufacturing or reliability‑centered maintenance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
