Jetfly Technik GmbH is part of the Jetfly Group. Jetfly is a leader of fractional aircraft ownership in Europe for both
business and private aviation. Jetfly Technik is our Aircraft Maintenance Center based in Zweibrücken. Our teams are experienced specialists trained by Pilatus who look after the aircraft to the highest standards.
We are actively searching for a Maintenance Planning & Coordination (MPC) Officer. Our site runs aircraft maintenance projects with a growing team of specialized experts. The projects must be prepared, coordinated, completed and closed in accordance with both EASA regulations and Jetfly Technik and Jetfly Group policies and procedures. The MPC Officer is responsible for the day-to-day MPC tasks and duties concerning the planning and performing of the Jetfly Technik aircraft maintenance projects. The MPC Officer reports to the Site Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
Create customer quotations for the initial work scope and for findings and rectification actions.
Review, create, and update maintenance Work Orders, as issued by the customer CAMO, in our AMOS
maintenance software.
Analyze and plan the different aircraft projects, considering the various constraints, e.g.:
o Workload vs. forecasted presence / absence of staff.
o Required qualifications and skills.
o Availability of parts, tools and work space.
o Unplanned work due to findings etc.
Communicate with customer, MCC and CAMO regarding work packages, capacity planning and project
scheduling, but also nonconformities, inconsistencies and potential improvements.
Support the Production teams as required to ensure smooth and efficient project performance.
Organize (with SCM) and monitor subcontractors as required and validate their invoices.
Ensure that the internal documentation and archiving in the Technical Department complies to the
applicable procedures and regulations.
At project completion, compile the Work Reports and CRS documentation and provide to the customer as
requested and required.
Create customer invoices as well as program and warranty claims, review the remuneration and re-iterate the
invoices if and as required.
Create work templates for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance projects to achieve logical sequencing
of tasks and efficient use of given resources.
Collect feedback to implement best internal practices and recommend methods or equipment to improve
maintenance processes.

Provide continuous improvement proposals for evaluation and subsequent implementation.
Profile
High School or higher Technical School
Previous work experience in Business Aviation is an advantage
Commercial skills and attitude for customer negotiation and invoicing
Fluent in English (written and spoken). German or French would be an asset
MS Office Applications
AMOS would be an advantage
